    • In these terms and conditions, "we," "us," "our," and similar expressions refer to The Nutrition Box Ltd, based in Hamilton Ontario. By using our website {/* */} www.thenutritionbox.ca , you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
    • These terms and conditions apply to anyone who accesses or uses our Site, purchases Products, or subscribes to our Services via the internet, web applications, mobile applications, or other platforms or devices.
    • Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Site, ordering Products, or subscribing to our Services. By ordering our Products, subscribing to our Services, or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    • Additionally, please review our Privacy Policy at thenutritionbox.ca/termsandconditions before placing an order for Products or Services or using our Site.             
  • Acceptance
    • Please check the box in the shopping cart to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to order any Products or Services from us.
    • Disclaimer: If you agree to the Terms and Conditions once, they will be automatically applied to your every week order during your subscription.

Account Management

  • Account Information
    • You must keep your Account information, including your Designated Address, accurate and up to date. Maintain the confidentiality of your Account and password, as you are responsible for any activities under your Account. Notify us immediately in writing of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Renewal
    • By accepting the Terms and Conditions and entering into a contract with us, you agree that your subscription to the Services will renew weekly. Upon placing an order, you will be charged an initial fee, followed by recurring weekly fees ("Recurring Fee").
    • By subscribing, you authorize us to collect these fees using the payment method linked to your Account until canceled by either party as per the subscription terms. If your primary payment method fails, we may charge a secondary payment method associated with your Account.
    • The Recurring Fee will continue until you deactivate your subscription or change your payment method.
  • Deactivation and Cancellation
    • To deactivate or update your payment method, log into your Account on our website or email us at info@thenutritionbox.ca with your Account details. You can cancel your subscription at any time without being charged for the next week's fee, provided you do so by 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursdays (the "Deadline"). However, no pro-rated refund will be given for the current weekly subscription period.
    • If you deactivate before the Deadline, you can use the subscription until the end of the current period, after which it will not renew. There is no charge for deactivation.
  • Price Changes
    • Prices for the Services and any delivery fees can change with at least 30 days' written notice. If there is a price change for your subscribed Services, you will be informed beforehand and can either accept the new price and continue your subscription or cancel it.
  • Failed Payments
    • If a payment fails and you do not update your payment method or cancel your purchase, you are still responsible for the unpaid amounts. You authorize us to continue attempting to charge the updated payment method. The Nutrition Box reserves the right to collect any outstanding payments and may transfer the collection of your balance to a third-party agency.
  • Refunds
    • Since you have deactivated your subscription to the Services before the Deadline and accidentally if the payment gets deducted, we will process your refund as soon as possible. We will typically refund any money received from you using the same method you originally used for payment.

Delivery

  • Delivery Terms
    • We will deliver the Products to your Designated Address on the designated day of the week stated in the Confirmation (the "Delivery Date"), according to any special instructions you may provide.

Nutritional Information

  • Calorie Approximation
    • Calories are subject to approximation. The Nutrition Box has the authority to change the calories of the items or menu subject to availability
