These Terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses our website, purchases products, or subscribes to our services via the internet, web applications, mobile applications, or any other platform.

By checking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to place an order.


3. Account Management

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Renewal

  • By subscribing, you agree that your plan renews weekly and will be automatically charged unless canceled.

  • The payment method linked to your account will be charged for the first order and subsequent weekly payments.

  • If the primary payment method fails, we reserve the right to charge any secondary payment method associated with your account.

  • Your subscription will continue until you cancel it before the renewal date.

4.2 Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our products and services at any time without prior notice.

  • In case of a price increase, you will be notified in advance and have the option to continue or cancel your subscription.

4.3 Failed Payments

  • If a payment attempt fails and you do not update your payment method, you remain responsible for unpaid amounts.

  • We may continue to attempt payment collection and may involve a third-party collection agency for outstanding balances.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations

  • To cancel or update your plan, log into your account on our website or email us at [email protected].

  • Cancellations must be made before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • $10 cancellation fee applies for cancellations before renewal.

  • If canceled after renewal, deliveries will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refunds for unused days.

5.2 Refund Policy

No Refunds for the First Week

  • Refunds are not available for the first week after payment is processed.

Mid-Week or Post-Renewal Cancellations

  • If canceled mid-week, prorated charges will apply for the used days.

  • 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

General Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email or through our official communication channels.

  • We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.


6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are made to your designated address on scheduled days.

  • We deliver Sunday to Thursday, with meals delivered a day prior (e.g., Monday’s meals are delivered Sunday evening).

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.

  • We strive to ensure timely deliveries; however, we are not liable for any delays or cancellations due to external factors such as vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, road blockages, or traffic disruptions.

  • In the event of a failed delivery from The Nutrition Box, the missed box will be credited to your account, which you can avail at your convenience.

6.2 Pause Subscription & Skip Meals

  • You can pause your billing before your renewal date by sending us a WhatsApp message.

  • Pausing after renewal will not be accommodated, but a refund (after deducting a $10 service fee) will be issued.

  • You can skip meals for up to 2 days within a 4-week cycle, and the payment for those missed days will be adjusted in your next billing cycle.


7. Dietary and Allergy Disclaimer

  • The Nutrition Box prepares meals in a facility that may process common allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten.

  • While we take precautions, we do not guarantee allergen-free meals and are not liable for allergic reactions.

  • Customers with dietary restrictions or medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before consuming our meals.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to missed deliveries, food quality, or health issues arising from consuming our meals.

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the service within the past one month.


9. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and use customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.


10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
